Thermal Foil Insulated Bubble Wrap Mailer Bags- 240 x 330 mm(150 pcs)

$1,250.00

These Australian Made Insulated Bubble Wrap Mailer Bags are Customised Nylon Barrier Cold Chain Mailers that have Superior Thermal properties. The Aluminum Foil Bubble Wrap makes them a perfect temp shield by reflecting most of the heat and the bubble wrap giving further insulation to store & transport specimens at elevated temperatures & reduce any cold chain breaches due to temperature spikes. These Tamper Resistant Insulated Mailer bags are fully sealable and allow you to reduce the bag size to the size of the specimen thereby avoiding any extra air space thereby increasing the thermal performance & reducing freight on the cubic size of the Mailer. These Insulated Bubble wrap mailers are ideal when used in combination with Frozen Phase change gel bricks or ice packs. Dry Chill can customize these Mailer bags to suit your application, Be it shipping temperature-sensitive Pharmaceutical specimens or box liners that can easily be used as an Extra Insulation liner for your cartons.

Description

Temp Shield Insulated Bubble Mailer Bags – 240×330mm | Cold Chain Grade | Australia

The Dry Chill Temp Shield 240×330mm Insulated Bubble Mailer is the benchmark foil insulated bag for Australian e-commerce and last-mile cold chain operations. Designed for fresh food delivery, pharmaceutical courier packs, meal kit components, and temperature-sensitive retail — this mailer combines multi-layer MPET foil insulation with a bubble-back inner layer to deliver genuine cold chain performance in a mailing format.

MPET Foil vs. Standard Aluminium Foil — Understanding the Difference

Not all foil insulated mailers perform equally. The Temp Shield range uses metallised polyethylene terephthalate (MPET) film — not the standard aluminium foil laminate used in entry-level cold chain mailers. MPET reflects up to 97% of radiant heat versus approximately 85% for standard foil laminates. In an Australian summer context — where a courier bag can be exposed to radiant solar heat in addition to high ambient temperatures — this difference in radiant heat rejection translates directly to longer product hold times and fewer temperature excursions.

The bubble backing provides an air-cell insulation layer that slows conductive heat transfer into the package. The combination of high-performance radiant barrier (MPET) and conductive insulation (bubble) makes the Temp Shield bag suitable for Australian summer conditions that routinely exceed the specifications of imported European cold chain mailer products.

Suitable Applications

  • Fresh meat, seafood, poultry, and dairy last-mile delivery
  • Pharmaceutical courier packs (clinical samples, pathology specimens, temperature-sensitive medications)
  • Nutraceutical and supplement cold chain (probiotics, biologics)
  • Cosmetics and beauty product cold chain
  • Florist and fresh flower delivery
  • Chocolate, confectionery, and specialty food gifting

Recommended Pack-Out

For 4-hour metro deliveries in Australian summer conditions: one 250g Dry Chill 2000 gel pack frozen to -18°C per mailer is typically sufficient. For 8-hour or overnight transits: two 500g gel packs. For 24-hour interstate transits: two 1kg gel packs. These are indicative recommendations — contact our team for validated pack-out specifications for your specific product, transit profile, and worst-case ambient.
